There is a 24 hour cancellation policy in place.
Any session cancelled with less than 24 hours notice is charged the full cost of the session.
The minimum requirements to see good results is 3-4 sessions per week. The more frequently you have a personal training session you will results much faster than training solo. Research shows you are 40% more productive. Neil can help you plan out the perfect schedule, including rest and nutrition!
