NO!  The simple answer is get started ASAP.  Neil will take you from whatever level you are at  and will workout exactly the best place to start.

There is a 24 hour cancellation policy in place.  

Any session cancelled with less than 24 hours notice is charged the full cost of the session.

The minimum requirements to see good results is 3-4 sessions per week.  The more frequently you have a personal training session you will results much faster than training solo.  Research shows you are 40% more productive.  Neil can help you plan out the perfect schedule, including rest and nutrition!

Results can be seen in as little as 2 weeks!  

In 2 weeks Neil has seen 6% body fat reduction and 6 kg drop of body weight.  

In 12 weeks Neil has guided a client through 20% body fat reduction and 21kg body weight loss.

The most common forms of payment are bank transfer and cash.

All major Credit cards are also excepted.

Most clients will have a block booking or package of sessions.  These are worked out to your individual circumstances are requirements.
